The securities market plays a huge role in maintenance of stable development of a financial system of region. Active use of regional securities provides attraction of financial resources not only in case of deficiency the regional budget, but also for financing industrial, social project of the region. In modern conditions of the decision of some organizational and personnel problems provides increase efficiency functioning of a securities market.
