The article describes about the specifics of the money and money circulation in the first half of the XIX century in Russia. There was budget deficit in Russia in this time. The leading tendency in money circulation in this period was cheap money and bank-not issue unbaked by gold. Minister of Finance E.F. Cankrin realized the financial reform. The main money of Russia was silver rouble.
