Quantitative parameters of the sharing the tax burden on sector of the economy of the Ukraine are analysed. The Qualitative features of the influence of the tax burden on technological structure of the economy are researched. The Findings about unevenness of the interindustry sharing the tax burden, defining structure of the distribution financial resource reproduction and bring about technological degradation of the economy is motivated. Conceptual directions of the improvement of the tax system for the reason assistances technological development are offered.
