In the Russian Federation prohoit pension reform. The pension system has changed several times over the past eight years, but until now the optimal model was not found. At the same time we have before his eyes is enough good examples of European pension systems. These examples may be generally successful and unsuccessful. But to use their experience in such an important social, as pension, it seems appropriate and correct. The example of Greece to create a pension system is interesting in the dynamics of highly concessional terms to the regime of austerity. There is no reason to believe that the Russian pension system will have to repeat this process, but some of its elements are quite probable.
