Productivity of use of budgetary funds is in many respects defined by rational system of audit of efficiency which essentially influences quality of decision-making in sphere of management of public finances. In article on the basis of experience of carrying out of audit of efficiency of Audit Chamber of Stavropol Territory the basic directions promoting increase of overall performance of public authorities and addressees of budgetary funds, and also their responsibility and a functioning transparency are defined.
