Government participation in solution of housing problem in Russia

Importance to solve the housing problem in Russia governs necessity to increase government participation in the regulation of investment processes in residential construction. In the article reasons of accomplishment of state housing programs on inadequate level are determined. The author analyses different forms of government investment policy on the sphere of residential construction finance. Prospective directions of development of residential construction market are determined.
