Business economics and organization of education in clusters of the local government of Moscow

Improving the management of the education system determines the innovative development of the entire Russian economy. This is underlined by the State Council, which took place August 31, 2010. It was noted that the effective development of the Russian economy are urgently needed specialists in primary and secondary professional education. One way to achieve this objective the author sees in providing continuing education and the creation of educational clusters. Such a system forms a conscious motivation in the choice of young people a future profession. Development of this system in the making of Russian local government has its own specific solutions. It is precisely these ways and considered by the author in this paper.
