Optimization of a customs-tariff policy in the conditions of transformation SEZ in the Kaliningrad region

In article problems of the Kaliningrad economy in connection with forthcoming end of transitive mode SEZ are analyzed. The new tool of economic regulation of regional economy - flexible system of custom duties is offered. Results of experimental calculations of model on an example of one of area industries are resulted.
