Investment potential innovation development of Russian economy

By analyzing the various options modernize the Russian economy, the author concludes that a simple increase in funding for research and development will not result in a breakthrough in innovative development of the country. The paper shows that for every field of science should be to use certain sources of research funding, depends on the efficiency of resource use and speed of technological progress in the country.
