Market derivatives regulation at the present stage of development of the world financial system

In modern economy market derived financial instrument (the derivative) is one of the dynamic developing segment of the world financial system. Practically each half a year on him appears the new instruments that conditions its permanent study. The article is analyzed precondition of the origin derivative, their main types, is motivated need of the legal regulation. They are considered most “dangerous” for world economy credit derivative, the market which at present practically is not adjusted neither state, nor its subject. The authors come to motivated conclusion that at present boil up burning problem for development and fortification of the infrastructure of management world market derivative.
