Development estimation sukuk in the world as the tools of financing and possibility of their use in the Russian practice

Financial crisis has shown an inefficiency of the developed financial system based on a financial offal and excessive saturation of the market by poor-quality credits. Heightened interest in these conditions has appeared concerning Islamic financial products and institutes which have shown considerable stability to the changes which have captured all world. In the present work are analyzed the questions of the organization of release and the reference sukuk as one of the most perspective financial tools. Conclusions concerning the basic obstacles in development of these securities, and also the basic directions of perfection sukuk are defined for increase of their appeal in the international market of capitals.
