Increase of Russian gas industry enterprises efficiency on basis of key innovations packet forming in all technological chain of «Gazprom»

In the article it is shown that one of the reasons of Russian national economy strategic disproportions in new conditions is progressing scientific and technical backwardness of the gas industry from developed countries, inability in the current state to give adequate answers to globalization calls of power effective economy construction. In conditions of global economic crisis the basic of economic policy priorities in gas industry should be implemented in the field of creation of an economic environment favorable for modernization and in the field of provision of innovative development. In such conditions key direction of such policy is optimization of gas industry adjustment mechanisms, wide-scale modernization and transition to an innovative way of development.
