On improvement of regional organization and financial mechanism for small business development

The article deals with measures aimed at improving the financial mechanism for development of small businesses. Particularly focuses on promoting small businesses through public-private partnerships, the introduction of new commercial initiatives aimed at developing sources of equity assets of small businesses. The necessity of revising the functions of executive authorities in the region. The author pays particular attention to monitoring the best practices of small business financing and impact analysis of regional regulation of the financial mechanism for development of small businesses. Concluded that the proposals contained in the article, will be an integrated approach to address issues of financial policy in the region and a very significant factor in the development of small businesses.
