Development of the technique of definition of rent payments for the municipal ground areas, state ownership on which it is not differentiated

In article the mechanism of calculation of a rent for the municipal earths is investigated. Necessity to enter additional factor which will more precisely allow to consider economic features of functioning of some kinds of economic activities is revealed. The mechanism of formation of factor of the tenant which, on the one hand, allows to consider fiscal interests of municipalities is presented, with another - promotes formation of favorable economic conditions for the tenants differing by kinds of economic activities.
