Precondition and conditions of the reserve currency formation

Financial crisis of 2008 has revealed a problem of dependence on sound economic principles and fundamentals worldwide resulting from a US dollar dominating position in the external economic environment and the international reserves. Nowadays the prerequisites of creation of new collective currencies have been generated-thereby creating new opportunities in forex planning and forecasting. The knowledge of history and laws of functioning of collective currencies will allow to avoid errors at formation of new regional reserve currencies.
