Conceptually-methodological basis of progressive economic growth is orientation to integration of business processes of various subjects of managing and optimization of the mutual relations arising at their strategic interaction. For formation of model of innovative development of machine-building branch development of such complexes which represent technologically interconnected manufactures is effective and are capable to make competitive production. Strategic alliances, affiliated companies, techno parks, clusters can become their organizational forms.
