The peculiarities of innovative risks estimation and management

There are considered the investment risks characteristics of innovative enterprises. The risk identification criterions of innovative project were stated. The estimation ways of project investment risks are analyzed. It’s proved, what ways is the most preferable to use. The economic-mathematical model is offered, which reflects essential variables, influencing the project’s risk and allowing calculate the investigate measure of its efficiency.
