Estimation of efficiency of expenses of the state (municipal) establishments

Effectiveness of budgetary funds in public sector of economy is offered to estimate in two ways: through customer satisfaction and performance indicators across the state (municipal) establishments. The second way allows estimating inefficient expenses of establishment, using the device of linear algebra; to establish that volume of financing which corresponds to the reached indicators of productivity of establishment.
