Transnational processes in the field of banking

Modern global economic processes stimulate growth of integration of the largest transnational banks. Essential influence on the development of world bank system is rendered by the international competition and, above all, between the same credit institutions. The world financial crisis made a catalyst for mergers and acquisitions of bank structures. The article deals with the confrontation of the world's leading banks, analyzes their processes of internationalization. Authors identify five principal views of modern integration strategies, according to which development of the international bank activity in the medium term.
