Focusing of strategic management business organization on profit maximization

The critical analysis of some modern approaches to development of the theory of strategic management by the business organization in which the business organization overall objective - profit is frequently lost is carried out. The complex of factors of the profit including the market, a company share in the market and profitableness is proved. It is offered to use the mathematical formula of profit to the greatest degree suitable for the organization of strategic management. The complex of the problems directed on managements by factors of profit of the business organization is proved.
