Problems of the organization of system of the risk management of investment activity of industrial holdings

The problem of a survival of industrial holdings, preservations and maintenance of their further development has got a special urgency in the conditions of financial crisis. In crisis conditions investment activity becomes the most brave in this connection well-founded approaches to the organization of a risk management of industrial holdings are necessary.
     In the present work the estimation of a current level of development of a risk management in the Russian industrial holdings is given. The basic problems of development of managerial processes are defined by risks. The conclusion that for maintenance of inflow of investment means it is necessary to have the control system adequate to modern economic conditions of risks integrated into current activity of industrial holding is drawn.
