The directions of formation of concepts of transformation of structure of economic system are considered in this article, where we can see its comparative characteristic. The problems of development of industrial-technological systems come to light and ways of their decision are offered. Corrective amendments of financial crisis in the financial policy of the state are reflected. The role of scientific and technical progress in transition maintenance to innovative economic system is defined.
