Target program of region: composition and peculiarities of implementation in 1995-2010 years

The article is devoted to regional target programs of Sverdlovsk region during 1995-2010 years. The systematization of programs is conducted on the base of purpose, the social, economic, infrastructural, institutional and ecological programs are allocated. The main changes in the composition of target programs are considered. Author also describes the purpose directions, which were financed with help of target programs during the whole studied period.
