We assessed the mortgage programs of the Tver region. The mechanism of refinancing. The analysis of the implementation of the regional target program «Mortgage lending in the Tver region in 2009-2013».The author expresses his opinion about what is appropriate to consider the Company «Savings Bank» as the main strategic partner of the Administration area on the regulation of the mortgage market. This article is intended for a wide range of readers interested in the housing sector, students and teachers.
