Russia post crisis investment potential: institutional investors

This article discusses some ideas and issues about institutional investors on the temporary Russian economy. The author distinguished Russian mutual funds, private pension funds and considered specific characteristics of its activities before and after the 2007-2008 crisis. The paper points to the need for far-reaching reform of Russian investment policy to tighten state regulations for a more sustainable situation in the future and to develop an international financial centre in Moscow.
