The method of financing the reproduction of human capital

The article is devoted to the creation of the Russian method of financing the reproduction of human capital. The method is based on the division of human capital on six elements, division of subjects of financing on two categories on the grounds of the production of public goods, use of the complex approach. It is entered the concept named «the environment of reproduction of an element of the human capital» and defined two types of financing.
