Possible directions of perfection of legislative regulation of the state and municipal procurement in insurance sphere

Now the legal groundwork for public in the insurance sphere has been rather poorly developed. The applicable legislation is of framework character and does not take into account the specifics of insurance services as the subject matter of a government contract. This gap should obviously be filled by developing and implementing separate regulations. In this work the existing law application practice has been analyzed and the limitations and omissions, which as good as take insurance out of legislative control, have been brought to light. A number of suggestions which might be taken into account while developing a subordinate act on state orders in the insurance sphere have been substantiated.
