Improvement and development of budjetary policy as an important direction of creating an effective economy

The concrete realization of globalization processes is realized through budgetary policy, and further through budgetary planning. That’s why it’s necessary to analyze budgetary policy and budgetary planning in Russian Federation in the context of globalization processes. Only in conjunction with this process we can estimate the effective and the result of budgetary policy and budgetary planning which is getting the actual recently. The research article analyses the possible directions of improving budgetary policy and interbudgetary relations, investigates the impact of pursuing budgetary policy on relations between the budgets of all levels. It’s concluded that effective budgetary policy should result in forming a rational budgetary system in the country which ensures the solution of financial tasks in the society.
