The solution of a problem of equation of budgets of budgetary system of the Russian Federation can't be considered out of communication with process of increase of productivity of budgetary expenses, reliability and objectivity of environments-not urgent of budgetary planning. Therefore especially it is necessary to stop on such major direction of perfection of a control system rasho-dami as introduction of principles of budgeting by results. The given management method budgetary expenses provides such construction bjud-zhetnogo process, at which planning and expenditure of means osushchest-vljajutsja on the basis of the information on results of activity of structural units of public sector - authorities and addressees of budgetary funds.
