The article is devoted by the problems of optimization costs in commercial banks. The author is proved necessity of optimization costs into budgeting process. In article is proposed develop and introduce complex of measures directing on receipt optimal results. Moreover, in research is produced the different directions of optimization costs in commercial banks. In conclusion, author has generated the basic summary of optimization costs in commercial banks.
