Quality of higher education - the basic criterion of financing of high schools in the conditions of innovative economy

While translating economy of Russia on an innovative way of development the urgency of quality of the higher vocational training increases. In the present work by means of statistical methods various sources of financing of educational activity of high schools are analysed, dependence of financing of high schools on results of their activity, first of all innovative is shown, the most effective control systems of their financial resources are defined. The conclusion is drawn that in the conditions of development of innovative economy volumes of financing of high schools from all possible sources (federal and regional budgets, off-budget means, софинансирование from employers) are defined by qualitative results of educational activity - concrete financial indicators.
