Innovation is a recognized engine of economic development and prosperity of society. One of the main sources of finance for innovation throughout the world is venture capital, which is prone to cyclical fluctuations as on the American, European and Russian market. Revival of venture financing in Russia would not be possible without building a strong innovation environment, which is consumer investment. The involvement of the state will be the only true solution for to achieve the mentioned provisions.
