Protection of the private investors rights in a system of financial market regulation

The problem of a low level of investors’ confidence at financial market is taken into consideration. Attention is paid to the system of financial market regulation, professional parties of financial market and rating agencies performance. The author generates an idea that the interests of the private investors majority are under the threat due to the lack of graduated system of administrative measures given to the market regulator. The causes of investors мistrust are analyzed. Some examples of unfair actions of professional securities market participants are given. The author suggests a complex of measures for improvement of guarantees of investments, quality of financial institutes work and reliability of the information, presented to the investors.
