Leasing in construction complex: risk management and preventive measures on minimization of fraud (experience of Leasing investment company, LLC)

Preventive measures of minimization of losses at the moment of conclusion of transactions for leasing companies have direct influence on decision-making on financing for the potential lessee. This article attempts basic risks and different types of fraud which has faced Leasing investment company, LLC in the course of their operational activity. Therefore protective measures were developed based on company past experience which forwarded on reduction of risk and conclusion of transactions on preferential terms.
