Level of interaction of real economy and bank sphere is the basic display of integration of banks in regional system. The author analyses conditions bank system function in Republic Dagestan which possesses the developed bank sector presented by different types of credit institutions. Considering that small-scale business promotes economy development as a whole and is one of important factors of increase in an occupation level, such forms of the financial help accustom to republic to small-scale business, as microfinancing, subsidizing of a part of the interest rate under credits etc.
