Problems of the financial policy perfection of the state corporations

Problems of perfection of a financial policy of the state corporations are considered. It is shown that for a number of state corporations outsourcing of functions of the state is characteristic at the decision of separate economic problems, and the financial policy should be formed taking into account features of similar outsourcing. Features of the state outsourcing and the financial policy on state corporation Olimpstroy example are opened.
