Issues of revealing of the manipulative transactions with russian shares

Nowadays the Russian stock market is characterized by the high level of infringements at the conclusion of transactions with securities. One of the essential and actual issues is the manipulative character of some transactions on the Russian stock market. There are a lot of examples of revealing manipulative transactions in modern European practice. However the proved cases of manipulative actions in the Russian market are rare. Definition of possibility of revealing of such actions, for prevention of a damage for diligent participants of the market, is applied in the article.
