The article examines features of economical development of Far-Eastern District and Primorski Territory as a part of the District. It is devoted to the analysis of the main program documents, including The Strategy of Social-Economical Development of the Far East and Zabaykalskiy Territory up to the Year 2025. The priority sources of financing of development of the Far East are discussed.
