Problems of formation of effective financial mechanisms in the state corporations are considered. The basic groups of state corporations are resulted. The lacks of modern Russian state corporations connected with easing of control of state structures over their activity are specified. It is offered to raise efficiency of functioning of corporations on the basis of perfection of their financial mechanisms in a direction of expansion of possibilities of financial control.
