The formation of the effective model of the budget federalism in Russia

The problem of the budgetary federalism is one of basic in the modern Russia. In this paper we described the contents of budget federalism, discussed the elements of the model of the budget federalism, identified the basic problems of the formation of the effective model of the budget federalism in Russia, proposed the measures to improve the budget federalism and interbudgetary relations in the country.
