Character of formation and execution of the consolidated budget of the Chechen Republicin 2006-2010

In given article the author investigates features of formation and execution of the consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic over the last 5 years. On the basis of the structural analysis of execution of the consolidated budget of republic during the last years it is established its excessive dependence on gratuitous transfers from the federal budget and extreme vulnerability from a conjuncture of a federal budgetary policy in relation to republic. The author of article, after the all-round analysis of character of formation and execution of the consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic in 2006-2010, offers concrete measures on optimisation budgetary and economic policy republic.
