Contradictions of development of credit operations in regions of Russia: influence of modern crisis

In article tendencies of development of credit operations in regions of Russia reveal. Are shown inadequacy of actives and volumes of crediting of regional banks to requirements of the economy, essential dependence of the prevailing majority of regional bank systems from banks of other regions, and also heterogeneity of credit operations in country regions. The special attention is given an estimation of risk of negative credit influence on region economy for which the author offers a set of indicators and the integrated factor, allowing to reveal level of such risk - low, average, high and critical.
