Innovative development of the Russian economy: Stimulus and growth factors

In the present work the author considers questions, which characterizes modern direction of economic development on a base of factors of growth, incentive modernization and innovative approach to solving the tasks. With this purpose in the article is considered an essence of economic needs in modernization of economy, which satisfaction is possible on a base of defined social and economic relations of material production. An essence role the stimulus and growth factors may play. First of it takes place the material interest of labour people in a salary growth and organization of costs on work quota setting, on which influence modernization of economy and development of innovation process.
