Regulation of financially-bank sector of Russia: the problems and perfection directions

The modern crisis which has arisen in bank sector, has very quickly ceased to be considered only as that. It is caused, including, financial globalisation, strengthening of a role of banks as a result of increase in volumes and quantity of transactions, and also realisation of new functions by them and operations. As consequence, deterioration of a condition of financially-bank sphere leads to economy recession, liquidity crisis, decrease in sources of financing and solvency of subjects of economy. Thereupon with a view of achievement of stability and stability of financially-bank sector it is obviously necessary search of possibilities of perfection of the mechanism of its regulation, including by creation of a uniform megaregulator.
