Analysis of the causes and consequences of growth rates for the service in banks of Russia on the example of the Volgograd region. The growth rates in 2010 for the corporate sector, the Bank of Russia will negatively affect the small and medium business. The author recommends strengthening regulation of the financial market antitrust authorities.
