About interdependence and parameters of bank settlement and payment systems

The Global financial crisis which has not declined yet, demands new approaches to clearing up of substance of settlement and payment facilities. It is reasonable to clarify the meaning of concepts "calculation", "payment" and based on to display the substance of the payment system. The author of this article is setting up the problem of payment systems’ constructions which have certain characteristics and possess self-liquidity.
