Construction of a mechanism of the state financial policy and its main elements

Article is devoted to study the mechanism and elements of the state financial policy. The author analyzes scientific views on content of elements of the state financial policy, describes essence of every elements. Particular attention is paid to examples of using instruments of the financial mechanism in terms of modern state financial policy. Author proposes to expand the list of principles, enshrined in federal legislation. This measure allows to identify the main areas of action and limits of realize rights by state departments in carrying out their arrangements of financial control.
