System complex estimation of efficiency for management (SCEEM)

A concept node relating to the strategic management and component processes was considered in this paper. The problem of supervision and system of motivation rising of management in their planning activities is shown. Methodological system of complex estimation of efficiency index for management was worked out; it affords to identify the quality of management by a number of indicators connected to the rate of achievement of planned values.
