The paper concerns the relation of wars and money. The author argues that money is a market form of the universal claim on the unit of society’s wealth. The author also gives the classification of wartime money tokens with a stress on the money tokens of the Great Patriotic War and summarizes measures of efficient credit, money and price policy in the time of the Great Patriotic War.
