Sources of financing of commercial real estate construction

The article is devoted to internal and external sources of financing of commercial real estate construction. There is explanation of necessity of their improvement. Special features of own funds and problems of external capital formation are described. Also decision criteria of suitable financial instruments are represented. This article corresponds to current market situation and reflects the role of banking credit as a main source of financing of commercial real estate construction.
